Best customers service I've encountered in YEARS! I've traveled a lot & enjoy being surprised by this great service.... Both Debbie and Jackie were AWESOME in assisting us. Debbie got us an awesome room with no reservation. Jackie helped with passes and local information. "I stay here every time in SV. I love it here!"
